Description: The Annexation Agreements file was created by identifying parcel id numbers in the Boone County Assessor's parcel polygon file. Because multiple parcels within the same agreement (ordinance number) can have distinct owners, the parcels were kept distinct rather than merged based on ordinance number. Each parcel includes attributes carried over from the Assessor's parcel file, including parcel number, assessed use, and ownership and location information. The requested zoning at time of annexation, found in the text of the annexation agreement, is also included in the attributes of the annexation agreements file.The City of Columbia does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, content, quality, reliability, fitness, completeness or timeliness of any spatial data or its attributes.
